You can always add color later on
Black and white tattoo designs offer you a choice. Start off by getting the tattoo in black and white. If it doesn’t look as good as you had hoped, you can always go back later and have the tattoo artist add some color to it. This is obviously not possible when getting a colored tattoo right away.
It doesn’t hurt as much
Sometimes people don’t get a tattoo because they are scared of how much it will hurt. If you feel like that is you then a black and white tattoo is perfect. Because the artist doesn’t need to add color he will be able to finish much more quickly which means you don’t get that needle poking you as much!
